Jackson ends up leaving the survivors after a scary secret about him is revealed, unaware that a giant monsoon is coming to the island. Lex gets some signal from the radio and Taylor gets injured.

Eric becomes "tired" of carrying water from the well to the campsite and since the only way to purify the water is by boiling it, he decides to hide the lighter to get out of doing his assigned job.

Upset with Eric for the lighter, everyone has new tasks, except him. Nathan wants to discuss their relationship with Daley, but she avoids the topic.

At the evening of day 15, Taylor forgets to charge the batteries for the flashlights and then she proceeds to light a dozen or so candles by the firepot, using the last of the lighter fuel.
